Sandra is Head of HR at SOSV and is responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy for the company. Her responsibility expands to include HR operations and service delivery to over 150 employees globally where she oversees employee onboarding and offboarding, employee compensation and benefits, employee wellness, learning and development and employee performance.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining SOSV, Sandra spent two years in the audit department in EY before moving to industry where she worked as a Finance Manager for one of the biggest construction companies in Ireland. She also worked as Finance Manager in SOSV for 4 years before taking on the role of Head of HR.<\/p>\n
She holds a degree and masters in Business Information Systems from University College Cork, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and also holds a certificate in Personnel Management and Human Resources.<\/p>\n
