Tushar has significant experience in parts manufacturing, operations management, plant utilities, machine assembly, quality documentation, and basic knowledge of electrical engineering concepts and plant\/machine automation.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining SOSV, he worked for a machine manufacturing company where he headed assembly department and supported production team in designing fixtures and for a consumer goods manufacturing company. He also worked as an Utility &amp; Maintenance engineer, where he led project teams in designing, erection &amp; commissioning of multiple utility plants like RO and DM water generation plants, water cooled chillers, Air Handling Units, Dry Compressed Air, Effluent Treatment Plant with zero liquid discharge &amp; respective pipelines.
